		<description>Good point and thank you for correcting me. However, considering that they do not actually manufacture the LEDs I would be even more negative on the company, because they do not have any sort of moat. While the company may become profitable and may become a solid niche player, I continue to doubt that it will live up to its current market cap.</description>

		<description>While I agree with your sentiment on the selling of shares more than products, I did want to correct you on their business: they don&#039;t make any LED&#039;s, they buy them from CREE, OSRAM, Philips, etc, and package them in white or color lighting fixtures, with static or active control. The old lighting science had static white lights (floods and garage), and the old LED Holdings had the color and white active control custom fixtures.

In terms of their value, the question is: what share of the general lighting market can Govi capture, and how much revenue is there? I&#039;m guessing that everyone but you is just waiting, since the company has all new management now.</description>
